Above, are the Everbee stats that I pulled. I dug a little deeper into Market and Product Research and here's what I noticed:

  • Product listing offers monogram designs.

  • Listing uses 7 images with no video.

  • Variations include letters A-Z with the simple design seen above. The personalization area is left blank. Note: you want the customer to envision their name in the product.

  • The product listing Includes an easy-to-hang 'how to' image showing a female hanging the sign

  • One of the listing images includes Made in the USA info.

  • Sizes offered: 18", 24", and 30"

  • The hanger kit is sold as a $10 upsell. The kit includes 2 metal screws and dry-wall screws.

  • The seller is running a 70% off sale (possible pricing strategy) which would change the Est. Monthly Revenue to $10,001,

Below is additional information on this seller's strategies:

  • Product design strategy included personalization.

  • The designs were simple, which helped cut down on laser cutting time; therefore, the product arrived faster.

  • The seller targeted a male audience with the first launch with a simple, easy-to-remember site domain specific to the Trucking niche.

An important thing to note is that this Shopify seller also mentioned different niches he had success with. So I had to make some educated assumptions:


Number One: The seller mentioned they had targeted females with personalized monogram designs similar to the Etsy seller. I assume the seller used a different Shopify store since the truck driver and home decor niche are very different.


Number Two: Since this seller used Facebook ads, I assume the seller opened a second Shopify store to target women. I would recommend this because you would not want to muddy up the data collected by the Facebook pixel. Especially if you wanted to run a Look-A-Like ad after running an engagement or traffic ad.


POD Vendors Offering Metal Wall Art:

Similar to other POD product design files, you only need a transparent PNG. Follow your vendor's specs to set up your artwork for laser cutting correctly.

Shine On - The first impression of Shine On's website can throw people off. But it's a legitimate POD vendor. You'll have to create an account first to see their product catalog. Then you can integrate your Etsy shop or Shopify site.
